ON SCENE AT THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES’ VANDUTCH POP-UP
Lionheart Capital hosted the VanDutch pop-up showroom to kick off the Miami International Boat Show last weekend.
Ophir Sternberg, Ricardo Dunin and Allison Greenfield of Lionheart Capital, which is developing the Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach, attended the event, as well as VanDutch executives.
The pop-up included tours of eight VanDutch yachts. A 40-foot VanDutch private day yacht will be available for Ritz Miami Beach residents.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Miami Beach, at 4701 North Meridian Avenue, will have 111 residences and 15 stand-alone villas, with prices ranging from $2 million to $40 million. Ten boat slips remain for the project, which is more than 50 percent sold. — Katherine Kallergis –
