BEST OF LUXURY HOMES & ESTATES

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach

Now being built in Miami Beach, this seven-acre lakeside development by acclaimed Italian architect Piero Lissoni will be one of a select few standalone Ritz-Carlton Residences in the world.

“Because of our successful experience with the first Ritz-Carlton on Singer Island, we are moving into a second with Ritz-Carlton in Miami Beach,” explained Ophir Sternberg, CEO of Lionheart Capital. “The service they provide is unparalleled, and it is a formula that we already know works extremely well.”

The LEED-certified property will feature gardens, pools, entertainment spaces and a private marina serving 111 condominium residences and 15 luxury homes (villas). The two-to-four bedroom homes will range in size from 1,700 to more than 10,000 square feet, and are offered with a choice of more than 60 floor plans.

Further distinguishing the project are its mid-Miami Beach neighborhood, proximity to La Gorce Country Club golf course and protected water views. The half-acre tropically landscaped roof-top pool deck affords views of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. “Everything around the project is water or single-family homes, added Sternberg, “and that makes this unique.”

Sales have recently begun at the on-site water-front sales center. Construction will be completed within two years. The Residences are priced from $2 million, and go up to $25 million for penthouses. Call (305) 953-9500 or visit the website at theresidencesmiamibeach.com for more information.
