Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach will include two 24-hour attended lobbies, 24-hour valet service, on-site marina, private day yacht, on-site private car, on-site spa, treatment suite, steam rooms, sauna and fitness center, fully-services cabanas, bar, virtual golf and billiards, indoor and outdoor yoga studios, gaming room, carwash facilities, dog walk and pet grooming salon.
