The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, will be comprised of 111 residences and 15 private single family villas, exclusively designed by Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni. The residential development is Piero’s first full-scale architectural work in the US. Piero specializes in modern Italian, but his specialty is creating a sense of warmth, humanity and surprise through unexpected detail or imperfections.

Piero Lissoni’s first architectural project in the U.S. is getting major buzz. Designed with the award-winning Miami architecture firm ADD Inc., The Ritz-Carlton Residences will feature gardens, pool, entertainment spaces and a private marina for the owners of 111 condominium residences and 15 villas. The two-to-five homes range in size from 1,700 to more than 10,000 square feet, with interiors custom-designed by Lissoni Associati.
