High-rise condos in Miami Beach’s new Ritz-Carlton to list for $2 million to $40 million

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach will include 111 condos and 15 individual villa residents ranging from $2 million to $40 million.

When you think Miami Beach, you’re more likely to picture a sandy beach or a hot club or a yacht than an artist’s studio.

One of the more unusual amenities to be found at the new Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach is an art studio with space and supplies for residents who want to paint or sculpt or draw.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach features a unique art studio for owners.

The studio can be used by individuals, and residents can also take art classes in the space. The building’s lobby, which cost $2.5 million to design and build and includes a $500,000 staircase, will display artwork from artists around the globe.

Designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni, the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach cover 7.5 acres and include 111 condos as well as 15 individual villa residences. The residences range from 2,000 to more than 10,000 square feet, with one to five bedrooms. Prices start at $2 million and go up to more than $40 million.

In addition to the artist’s studio, the development has 36 private boat docks and an on-site captained house boat for residents. The half-acre rooftop pool and deck has private cabanas. Other amenities include a meditation garden, a fitness center with an open-air yoga studio, a spa with saunas, a screening room, a club room, a lounge, a waterfront bar, pet-grooming facilities and car-washing facilities. The Ritz-Carlton concierge services are available at the residences and at the beach.
