Penthouse in The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach sells for $15M

 

A penthouse in The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach sold for $15 million.

Lionheart Capital affiliate 4701 North Meridian LLC sold Unit PH12 in the condo at 4701 Meridian Ave. to RCMIAPH12 LLC. It’s not clear who owns the LLC, however, the buyer listed its mailing address as a condo at 300 Collins Ave. owned by the Lina Hammoud Trust.

According to Lionheart Capital, Unit PH12 has 6,332 square feet of interior space, so the price equated to $2,369 per square foot. The penthouse also has 8,578 square feet of outdoor terraces, four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a private pool, a Jacuzzi and a summer kitchen.

Over the past days, Lionheart Capital has sold 11 condos at the Ritz-Carlton Residences for more than $50 million combined. Many of the buyers are from the Northeast and Chicago and looking to move to Miami Beach.

Amenities at the Ritz-Carton Residences, Miami Beach include a 36-slip private marina, a fitness center with an open-air yoga studio, a rooftop pool deck with private cabanas, a restaurant, an indoor-outdoor spa with a sauna, a meditator garden, a waterfront bar, a club and social room, a children’s room, an art studio, a cinema room, and pet grooming facilities. Works of art are displayed throughout the property.
