Previewing The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach Penthouse Collection
The priciest is a $40M offering comprised of two units
With an extravagant The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach penthouse listing for $40 million a few months ago, we wanted to circle back to the under-construction development and take a deeper look at their Piero Lissoni Penthouse Collection.
There are five Miami Beach penthouse residences in all at the luxury development comprised of 111 condo residences and 15 single-family villas at 4701 Meridian Avenue in Miami Beach.
The $40 million offering is a combination of two penthouse units, encompassing over 12,000 square feet of interior space and just under 13,000 square feet of outdoor space. Each unit is also offered individually in its raw form, with Penthouse 3 asking $17 million and Penthouse 4 asking $20 million.
There are four pools in the $40 million penthouse, with sunrise and sunset swimming pools in addition to a plunge pool off each of the two master suites. There are also multiple hot tubs, a butler’s kitchen, library, separate his and hers studies, screening room, and a family game suite.
Amenities in the upcoming development include seven acres of gardens; 36 private boat slips; an on-site captained private yacht; residential art studio; cinema-style screening room; indoor-outdoor spa; state-of-the-art fitness center; and a rooftop pool deck with private bananas and a restaurant.
Penthouse 5 is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence that can be observed in the images below. Additional penthouses range in price from $11 to 20 million for the lavish development that is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
