
RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES IN MIAMI BEACH TO OPEN NEXT YEAR
Add one more to the ever-growing list of luxury properties being built in Miami. The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach are set to open as early as next year, and are sure to go fast. The waterfront condo complex was designed by Italian architect and furniture designer Pierro Lissoni, who is known for modern and clean work. Says the legend of his inspiration, “I liked the idea of having a simple and calm space. A quiet room to create.” And with private and group art classes planned for residents to partake it, create they will. Spread out over seven lush acres, the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami will also feature entertainment areas, multiple pools, gardens and a private marina. Both single family villas and condominium residences are available, with prices starting at $2 million and reaching up to $40 million.
