Since last checking in in The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach construction is still progressing to transform the shell of the Miami Heart Institute into condo units.

The building is located on Surprise Lake in Miami Beach and will have views of Miami and Miami Beach.

Construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.
