The suites at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, which range in size from 460 to 560 square feet and are priced from $580,000, have floor-to-ceiling windows facing a meditation garden.
Lionheart Capital has completed the Ritz-Carton Residences, Miami Beach, which features a private marina with a house yacht. Located at 4701 Meridian Ave., the 10-story project has 111 condos and 15 stand-alone villas. Units range from 2,000 square feet to over 10,000 square feet and are priced from $2 million to $40 million.
