Haute Living and The Webster will host a soiree for the grand unveiling of NBA player/designer Dwyane Wade’s new sneaker model- which is the fruit of a collaboration with longtime partners Li Ning and Alejandro Ingelmo. The colorful shoe was designed for the Way of Wade ‘Third Element’ collection and can be found for the first time at The Ritz-Carlton Residences sales center on December, 2nd, 2014, to get Miami Art Week started off.

To help Lionheart Capital’s redevelopment of the former Miami Heart Institute in Miami Beach stand out from the many high-end residential projects in the pipeline, company co-founder Ricardo Dunin and his partners announced a deal in October 2013 to brand the community as The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach.

Lionheart Capital’s newest development, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, is a collaboration with renowned Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni and Miami architecture firm ADD Inc. The property boasts sprawling gardens, 24-hour concierge service, a pet salon, an expansive infinity-edge pool with a waterfall, a cinema-quality screening room, outdoor yoga studios, a fitness center and, most special of all, 36 private boat dockages.

The Miami development hosted a three-day soiree in NYC to target the city’s flush buyers. No word on whether the former Nanny star has intentions of buying a place down there.
