Lionheart Capital, the developer of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, recently hosted a construction commencement ceremony to celebrate the new luxury residential development.

Now being built in Miami Beach, this seven-acre lakeside development by acclaimed Italian architect Piero Lissoni will be one of a select few standalone Ritz-Carlton Residences in the world.

The award-winning Italian architect and designer Piero Lissoni and Miami-based architecture firm ADD Inc. have teamed up to create a new residential compound – Lissoni’s first-ever full-scale architectural work in the United States. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami beach, which launched sales in November, will comprise 111 luxury condominiums and 15 single-family villas and is minutes from Miami’s numerous museums, including Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), as well as world-class golf courses and Bal Harbour’s high-end shopping.
